InstaText is available through different plans: Starter, Standard, and Professional. The plans are usage based, i.e. how many characters you need for text improvements. When you purchase the InstaText Standard annual plan, you will receive 600,000 characters. This is the number of characters you receive in your InstaText account. 600,000 characters corresponds to about 120,000 words, which is an average of 10,000 words per month. Of course, you can re-edit your text and send it for improvement several times. Practice shows that about 100,000 characters are needed to improve a scientific paper of average length. If you run out of characters, you can always change your plan.

Each time you press the Improve button, the number of characters sent for improvement is deducted from your account. The number is displayed in the bottom right corner of the window with your original text.

The number of characters remaining is displayed when you move the mouse over the circle icon that appears in the menu. When the icon turns yellow, you are advised to pay attention to how many characters are left. When the icon turns red, there are not many characters left.

It may happen that you spend all remaining characters before the expiration date of your current licence. In this case, you can simply purchase a new licence and thus override the existing licence. You can also upgrade your current plan and pay only the difference, in which case the expiration date remains the same.

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, and direct debit (SEPA). Plans invoiced annually can also be paid by bank transfer. All payments are in euros (€).

No. InstaText does not store the texts from your requests or their improvements. Only metadata about the request (e.g. the time of the request and the number of processed characters) are saved for billing and statistics purposes.

Yes. All our operations comply with European Union data protection laws. We guarantee InstaText subscribers that all texts are deleted immediately after the text improvement has been completed.
